Born on 4 June 1987 in Dnipro. A Ukrainian citizen who has lived in his home city his entire life.
Combines a career in public administration, business, and academia: has worked as a rector’s assistant, led private companies, taught at Zaporizhzhia National University, and since February 2026 has served as Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
From 2005–2010, chaired the PSACEA family and youth affairs committee and the regional youth administration, launching scholarship programs, a “Student of the Year” contest, and a young politician’s school.
Founded the student newspaper “Youth of Dnipropetrovshchyna” in 2006 and PSACEA student radio in 2007.
Has led the civic organization since 2014.
In 2015, served as a pro bono adviser to the acting mayor of Dnipro.
